WHAT IS A CO-OP PRESCHOOL?

A non-profit preschool organized by a group of families who hire a trained teacher to provide their children with rich learning experiences. Each family shares in the operation of the school.

A preschool where parents assist the teacher in the classroom on a rotating basis. The children are learning through play and the adults are learning through active participation.

A program affiliated with the Community Colleges of Spokane. Each quarter, parents register for a Parent Education class and participate in Parent Seminars about child development and other topics.
